I came across your article because we recently set up an exchange environment at our small company, and had exactly the problem you&#039;ve described... Thanks to your steps we managed to find the solution.

Further I was also told about an Outlook search add-in called Lookeen, which seems to have quite good reviews and works fine with Outlook and Exchange. Thought you might be interested. I&#039;ll be looking into it and see whether it&#039;s something for us. More here if you like www.lookeen.net
