I have an iPhone and was using Outlook 2007 but now upgraded to 2010. Both won't sync with my iPhone through Itunes with it crashing at Step 2 of 6 during the sync. I'm not the first to have this happen to me. Even happens to my computer guy who also doesn't have a fix. It is reported around the net too. You'd think iphone/itunes would lick this bug as it is very annoying.

Indeed an informative post, I've already experienced the same problem before. I do also use duplicate remover, the so called Scrubly Duplicate Remover. It's really effective that can automatically scan your contact lists and delete those duplication at the same time.

These are great tips. I didn't realize what SPAM stood for!

A huge amount of spam originates from overseas because of the US's anti-spam laws. So your tips will really cut down on a significant portion of spam.

Hello,

I came across your article because we recently set up an exchange environment at our small company, and had exactly the problem you've described... Thanks to your steps we managed to find the solution.

Further I was also told about an Outlook search add-in called Lookeen, which seems to have quite good reviews and works fine with Outlook and Exchange. Thought you might be interested. I'll be looking into it and see whether it's something for us. More here if you like www.lookeen.net
